Peak (& Memorial Day/Labor Day Weekends): June, July, August - $185/night, plus taxes & cleaning fee
Off-Peak: $150/night, plus taxes & cleaning fee
***If paid in full, discount to $170/night (Peak) and $135/night (Off-Peak) - plus taxes & cleaning fee

Snowbirds: January, February, & March - $1,600/month plus taxes and cleaning fee(s)
Cancellations: 100% refund if you cancel 60 days from check-in; no refunds if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in

Directions: The address to “Celtic Tides” - 301 N. Waccamaw Drive, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576 (unit will be given at the same time as door code)
Parking: You are allowed 1 car - parking is under the condo complex with about 4 spots on the street/side of the condo. Park in designated spots for Garden Sands only as towing is enforced. Please place a parking pass in your window - this will be found on the fridge. Please return the parking pass upon departure.
Keyless Entry: To enter the home use the keypad located on the front door. The code will be given prior to arrival via text (201) 618-1772 / Maura
Wifi: The Wifi name is “GARDEN107”, and the password is located under the television in the living room.
HVAC: The HVAC will be set to 65 (HEAT) during winter months and 77 (COOL) during summer months. The thermostat is next to the kitchen. Turn it up or down when you arrive if necessary. As you leave, please put it back -pending the season- to 65-heat and 77-air.
Pets: No pets allowed per HOA
Smoking is not allowed. If there is evidence of smoking in the home, there will be a $150.00 non-smoking compliance fee to restore the condo to smoke free.

Check In/Out: Check in is 4:00pm/Check out is at 11am during our peak season of June-August, and with same day rental turnovers we are not able to allow early check in/late check out times. Our cleaning staff requests the 5 hour time frame between rentals to ensure the property is ready for your arrival.
Sandy Feet/towels: Please brush off all sand before entering the condo. Hang beach towels on hooks outside the front door.
Linens: Bed Linens are included in the Cleaning Fee. The beds will be made upon arrival; feel free to bring your own pillows. Guests must bring bath & beach towels.
Trash: Please place all trash/waste in the trash bin located outside by the pool.
Our home is your home: Please make yourself comfortable; however, if you move furniture or decor please replace items in their original location prior to departure. How to use the washing machine in the unit (LINK HERE).

Damages/Missing Items: Any damages to the property or furnishings are the responsibility of the renter. We understand accidents happen, and ask you to report any damages ASAP to allow us to use the Accidental Damage Coverage purchased and promptly make needed repairs. Please replace any lost or broken items prior to departure from the property.

Cleaning: The cleaning staff does their very best to ensure you enter a clean and comfortable home. If there is an issue with the cleaning of the condo, please contact Maura at 201-618-1772

Additional Info: There will be one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom & one paper towel in the kitchen. Guests are to provide items while visiting. These include any cleaning supplies (dishwasher/washing machine/kitchen).
